Erbud is the general contractor for the "Piękna Vita" residential project commissioned by Develia in Wrocław. The investment involves the construction of a multi-family apartment building with 82 residential units, ground-floor commercial premises, and an underground garage. The development is located on a 0.3-hectare plot on Piękna Street, next to the eight-storey Punkt Piękna estate previously delivered by Profit Development. The architectural design was prepared by SRDK Architekci Studio Śródka.
