22Architekci wins contest for designing residential complex with 500 flats in Katowice

22Architekci has won an architectural contest, conducted by BGK Nieruchomości, concerning the development of a concept of the "Nowy Nikiszowiec" residential complex on Górniczego Dorobku Street in Katowice. The complex, with approx. 500 flats, will be carried out as part of the "Mieszkanie Plus" (Apartment Plus) governmental program.
Other properties in Katowice, which are being considered for investments in the "Mieszkanie Plus" program, are located in Szopienice-Burowiec (Korzaka Street), Piotrowice (between Odrodzenia residential complex and Murapol's residential complex), and on Asnyka Street (PKP property). ■
