2M Project Management supervises the construction of a 19,000 m² hotel with 208 rooms in Podlesice

Bodeko Hotele is carrying out a hotel investment in Podlesice (Śląskie Voivodeship) under the name "Hotel Berkowa". As established by PREM Inwestycje, investor supervision over the project is provided by 2M Project Management, while the general contractor is Finetech Construction. The new four-star hotel is being developed in the vicinity of the already operating Hotel Ostaniec, which offers 50 rooms. The project involves the construction of a building with an area of approximately 19,000 m², which will include 208 hotel rooms as well as service and recreational facilities. Completion of the works is scheduled for the third quarter of this year. The design documentation for the investment was prepared by the Kraków-based architectural studio Iliard.
