3GO will build Golden Tulip Balice Kraków hotel

3GO, a company from the GO+ group, has signed a contract with Louvre Hotels Group concerning the opening of a Golden Tulip Balice Kraków hotel in the immediate vicinity of the Kraków-Balice International Airport. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a hotel with a usable area of 6,500 sqm, with 116 four-star rooms, five conference rooms, a restaurant, and a multi-functional room for 450 people. The design of the investment has been developed by AKAGI Architekci. The construction works are scheduled to be finalized in September 2023. Let us recall that we have recently reported in PREM that Cracovia Airport Hotel had been building a hotel in Balice in collaboration with Accor (Ibis Styles and Greet with 161 rooms), and Vanezza was building one with the I Asset Management fund (Hampton by Hilton with 173 units). ■
