4Design is designing Hilton hotel with 115 rooms in Radom for Unirest

Łódź based workshop 4Design Architekci i Inżynierowie Gola Głażewski is preparing a design of a Hilton hotel in the area of Żeromskiego and Kilińskiego streets in Radom (Mazowieckie Province) for Unirest. The enterprise will entail revitalization and extension of a historic palace of the Towarzystwo Kredytowe Ziemskie banking institution. The complex is going to consist of approx. 115 rooms, a restaurant-conference section, a fitness zone and an underground parking garage for 30 vehicles. Design works, along with obtaining the required permits, are going to take approx. 10 months, and the construction works will require another 20 months. Property Partner Investments is responsible for coordinating the development works.

Unirest is associated with the Warsaw based company Unitop, a producer of sesame seed-based confectionery. ■
