7R finalizes land acquisition for new logistics investment

7R has finalized the purchase of a 140,000 m² plot in Stara Wieś (Liw municipality, Węgrów county, Mazowieckie voivodeship). A modern complex with an area exceeding 60,000 m² will be developed on the site, intended for logistics, warehousing, and BTO/BTS-type projects. The investment will contribute to the creation of new jobs in the region. This transaction aligns with 7R's strategy of acquiring land in key logistics locations across Poland. The Liw municipality, along with the broader eastern Mazovia region, is gaining importance as an alternative to the overcrowded zones of the Warsaw agglomeration. "We are expanding our operations in the Mazowieckie voivodeship in line with our strategy of developing high-quality warehouse spaces in attractive locations," emphasizes Izabela Kicińska, Land Acquisition Director at 7R. "Finalizing this transaction in just two months demonstrates our effectiveness in executing complex investment processes. Close cooperation with Piotr Krawczyński, President of DeA Capital Real Estate, Andrzej Sychowicz, President of APM Development, and their teams was key. Their commitment and experience enabled us to efficiently prepare the site and complete the entire acquisition process," she adds.
