7R is going to build logistics center

7R has won a tender procedure for the purchase of a property with an area of 20 ha, located on the premises of Pomorskie Centrum Inwestycyjne in Gdańsk. The company is going to build a warehouse complex with a total area of 123,000 sqm near Port Gdańsk and the DCT Gdańsk terminals. So far, 7R has built the following outlets in the Pomorskie Province: 7R Park Gdański I, 7R Park Tczew, and 7R City Flex Gdańsk Airport. Additionally preparations are being conducted for the construction of 7R Park Gdańsk II, 7R City Flex Gdańsk and 7R City Flex Gdynia. In September of this year, we informed about plans for the construction of a hall with a cubature of almost 150,000 meters³ in Kowale, a commune of Kolbudy (Pomorskie Province), in the area of Starowiejska and Kominkowa streets. In June of this year, we wrote about the plans of Mila 8, which has personal ties to Finarto Investments and 7R, for the development of approx. 13 ha on Magnacka Street in Kowale. The investment is going to consist of logistics halls with a cubature of 300,000 meters³. ■
