7R is going to build logistics park on approx. 20 ha

7R is evaluating environmental impact of the planned construction of a new logistics park in the area of Cicha, Kopernika and Partyzantów streets and DK1 road in Czechowice-Dziedzice (Śląskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail development of approx. 20 ha of land, which is to be used for the construction of two production-service-warehouse buildings. Design works have been entrusted to Grzegorz Wojewódka (Kwadrat Polska). Let us recall that 7R is carrying out the "7R Beskid Park" complex of buildings on Beskidzka Street in Czechowice-Dziedzice. Last year in August, we reported on preparations for the next stage (15,200 sqm). The two previous buildings, with an area of approx. 30,000 sqm, were carried out by Trasko-Inwest, which we also informed about in PREM. Design works were carried out in collaboration with architect Grzegorz Wojewódka. The entire project is to entail construction of four buildings with a total area of 58,600 sqm. ■
