7R is going to build warehouse complex with area of 50,000 sqm in Katowice

7R is preparing the construction of the second warehouse center in Katowice. The complex with a total area of approx. 50,000 sqm is going to be built in the district of Szopienice-Burowiec, at 151A Krakowska Street. The works are going to consist of the development of a property with an area of over 10 ha, which is a part of the "Szopienice" Independent Metal Ironworks. City Flex outlet (8,500 sqm) and a hall with an area of 41,200 sqm are going to be built on the lots.
Let us recall that in August of this year, we informed about 7R's plans for the construction of a warehouse center with an area of over 40,000 sqm on Karolinki Street in Katowice, according to the design by Kwadrat Polska. ■
