A 11,000 m² shopping center will be built in Ostrołęka

Rutkowski will develop the "Hanna Park" shopping center in Ostrołęka (Mazowieckie Province), located near Targowa Street, Tadeusza Zawadzkiego "Zośka" Street, and the Anna Walentynowicz Roundabout. In May, the investor obtained a building permit for one of the buildings, which will have a volume of 70,000 m³. The design was prepared by the Warsaw-based Innebo studio (Tomasz Bal). The total planned leasable area of the complex is 11,000 m², and the grocery anchor tenant will be the Auchan chain. The investment will also include 300 parking spaces. Coldwell Banker Commercial Nuvalu is responsible for the commercialization process. It is worth recalling that PREM previously reported on plans to build the "Targowa Park" shopping center on the same site by Targor-Truck, a company affiliated with Rutkowski. In October 2023, we wrote about the planned collaboration with the Sterbud architectural studio and Nuvalu on an 8,000 m² facility. Initially, Targor-Truck intended to develop a 14,000 m² retail complex on Targowa Street, based on a design by PAiK PAK. ■
