A1 Projekt will build retail park

A1 Projekt has been chosen as the general contractor of the "A Centrum" retail park, which Agile Spol is planning to open in the area of Lipowa and Wojska Polskiego streets in Końskie (Świętokrzyskie Province). Let us recall that the enterprise is going to entail the construction of two buildings with a cubature of approx. 13,000 meters³, located in the vicinity of the Kaufland supermarket. The investor collaborated on the design with architect Barbara Nowotnik from the Wrotech workshop. We have also reported in PREM that JB Development is taking part in commercialization of "A Centrum" with a shopping area of 2,900 sqm in Końskie. ■
