Accolade obtained construction permit for industrial buildings in Szczecin

In early November, Accolade PL XXVI obtained a construction permit for a complex of industrial-warehouse-service buildings on Lubczyńska Street in Szczecin. The investment is to entail the construction of buildings with a total cubature of over 335,000 meters³. Design works have been carried out by Tacakiewicz Ferma Kresek. Let us recall that this year in May, we reported that Panattoni entrusted Atlas Ward with the construction of buildings with an area of 40,000 sqm on Lubczyńska Street in Szczecin. Meanwhile, last year in July, we wrote that Accolade, fund which collaborates with Panattoni, purchased a property on Kniewska and Lubczyńska streets. ■
