BIN is constructing for Panattoni and Accolade a logistics complex in Bydgoszcz with area of 37,000 sqm

BIN Biuro Inżynierskie has commenced, as general contractor, works on the construction of the "Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II" logistics center in the area of Mokra, Chemiczna and Dachtery streets in Bydgoszcz, approx.
3 km from the city bypass and National Road no. 80, and 9 km from the Warsaw-Szczecin S10 expressway junction. The investment is going to consist of the putting to use of outlets with a total area of approx. 37,000 sqm. The complex, designed by Ferma Kresek, is going to be put to use in mid-2020.
Several days ago, the property, with an area of 8.4 hectares where the enterprise is being carried out, was purchased by the Accolade Company, which had earlier also purchased "Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz", built in the period 2016-2017 and currently fully leased. ■
