Szczecinek Aura Park, a company linked to Acteeum Central Europe, is conducting administrative procedures for the development of over 12 hectares of land at Towarowa Street in Szczecinek (West Pomeranian Voivodeship). The planned investment will comprise a retail and service complex with a total building area of around 25,000 m², including Retail Park 1 (8,700 m²), Retail Park 2 (9,700 m²), and a DIY store (6,300 m²). The scheme will also provide parking for 960 vehicles. Arkon Studio is the architectural partner of the project. In May last year, Acteeum Central Europe and Terg won tenders for the acquisition of a total of 12 hectares of land located near Towarowa Street and the S11 bypass. Terg purchased approximately 8 hectares for PLN 7.3 million, while Acteeum acquired over 4 hectares for PLN 3.94 million. Through its subsidiary ME Invest, Terg is developing the "Aura Park" retail park chain. Both companies have also submitted an application to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for the establishment of a joint entity to implement the Szczecinek investment.
