Acteeum and BIG are planning the construction of a shopping center

Acteeum Central Europe and BiG Shopping Centers are planning the construction of the "BIG Konstantynów" shopping center in Konstantynów Łódzki, near Łódzka, Spółdzielcza, and Osiedlowa streets. The project, located near the Retkinia district of Łódź, envisions a complex with a leasable area of approximately 13,500 m², scheduled for completion by the second half of 2026. The center will also include the existing Kaufland hypermarket (approx. 4,500 m²) and a Bricomarché store (3,200 m²). The development will be complemented by parking facilities with spaces for over 500 cars.
