Acteeum will build shopping center in Gorzów Wlkp. in collaboration with Equilis

Equilis has been chosen as Acteeum Group's partner during construction of a shopping-service center in the area of Jedwabnicza, Walczaka, and Silwanowska streets in Gorzów Wielkopolski. The enterprise, which is being prepared in collaboration with Comekoprojekt, is going to entail the construction of the "Power Centre" type complex with an area of 25,000 sqm, complemented with parking lots with 750 spaces. The construction works, which are to take approx. one year, are scheduled to begin in the 2nd quarter of this year. The tenants will include Biedronka, Jula, and Decathlon.
Let us recall that Shopp.City was obtaining administrative permits for this property, and the general contractorship was going to be entrusted to Trasko Invest. Design of the buildings has been developed by Bulak Projekt, and KKBud was chosen as the substitute investor. ■
