Activ will carry out building with 65 flats in Kraków

Activ Investment is conducting preparations for the construction of the "Wodna 34" multi-family building in the area of Wodna and Gromadzka streets in Kraków. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of an apartment building with 65 flats with a usable area of approx. 3,300 sqm. The design has been developed by Pro-Arch. Let us recall that in September 2010, we reported that Activ Investment was planning construction of a building with 53 flats on Wodna Street. ■
