Budstol prepares, in cooperation with KM Rubaszkiewicz, a five star hotel with app. 120 rooms in Świeradów-Zdrój

Budstol Invest is planning construction of a five-star hotel on Zakopiańska Street in Świeradów-Zdrój (Dolnośląskie Province). The building with a net area of 11,200 sqm and a cubature of 43,200 meters³, with 4 above-ground stories and two underground levels, is going to have 121 rooms and restaurant and sports-recreational facilities for triathletes. Warsaw based architectural workshop KM Rubaszkiewicz is responsible for the comprehensive design of the investment, including the interior design. ■
