Adamed will build office-laboratory complex

Adamed Pharma is preparing construction of a research center in Kajetany in Nadarzyn commune (Mazowieckie Province) for approx. 20 million PLN. The investment, to be carried out on the basis of the existing building development, is going to entail the construction of an office-laboratory building with usable area of 3,500 sqm. The company has recently chosen Industria Project as the architect of the enterprise, and MVT as the substitute investor. ■
