Adamietz will construct for Aluprof a warehouse-office complex with area of 14,000 sqm in Opole

Adamietz is the contractor of a complex of outlets which Aluprof from Grupa Kęty is going to build at 3 Gosławicka Street in Opole. The enterprise is going to consist of, among others, a warehouse hall (12,800 sqm of usable space), an office building (1,100 sqm), a cafeteria and a lobby (total of approx. 200 sqm). The architectural assumptions were prepared by Delta Projekt. Construction works are scheduled to be completed in June 2021. ■
