Adamietz to build hotel at Silesia Ring

Adamietz has signed a contract with Silesia Ring for the general construction of a four-star hotel at the sports and motorsport complex in Kamień Śląski, Opole Province. The project will be delivered under a design-and-build contract. Adamietz's design studio will prepare the detailed, technical and interior design documentation for the building and its surroundings. The approximately 8,000 m² hotel will include restaurant and leisure areas, conference facilities, a multifunctional event hall, a spa and an underground car park. The project will be delivered by Adamietz's Opole branch and is scheduled for completion within 20 months. Adam Kowalski serves as project delivery director and Mateusz Skóra as project manager, while Anna Kurek is the lead architect and Szymon Pawletko is the assistant architect and BIM modeller.
