Adamietz to deliver a 33,000 m² Unilin production facility in Krasowa

Adamietz, through its Łódź branch, has undertaken the design-and-build contract for the Unilin Insulation Polska plant in Krasowa, Leśnica commune (Opole province). The project will involve the development of a building complex with a total area of 33,000 m², including more than 32,000 m² for a production and warehouse hall, and approximately 1,000 m² for office and social facilities. It is worth recalling that in April this year we reported on the investor's purchase of a 13.2-hectare site for the construction of an insulation board factory at a cost of €40 million (PLN 170 million)
