Adamietz will build a hotel in Gdańsk

Adamietz has been selected by Marvipol as the general contractor for the "Chmielna 78 Hotel Gdańsk" project, planned for construction on Granary Island at 78–80 Chmielna Street in Gdańsk. The value of the works, scheduled for completion by April 30, 2027, is estimated at PLN 150 million net. The investment will include a building with 331 apartments and 8 commercial units. It is worth recalling that in April 2020, the involvement of the KD Kozikowski Design office in this project was reported. Marvipol Park Chmielna filed an application for a permit to construct a complex with a cubic volume of 78,800 m³. Earlier reports also mentioned the investor's purchase of a 3,500 m² plot on Granary Island in Gdańsk, near Chmielna Street, and the signing of a franchise agreement with Louvre Hotels Group for the development of a hotel complex in the area, offering 350 rooms in various standards.
