Adamietz will build new seat of Music Theater in Poznań for 507.9 million PLN

The offer submitted by Adamietz (390.3 million PLN of the basic offer, 507.9 million PLN for option covered by option right, against the basic budget of 344.4 million PLN gross) has been chosen as the most advantageous one in the tender procedure, issued by the Music Theater in Poznań, concerning the design and general contractorship of the institution's new seat in the area of Św. Marcin and Skośna streets. Let us recall that the enterprise is to entail the construction of a building with usable area of approx. 8,400 sqm and a cubature of approx. 170,000 meters³, with the main auditorium with 1,200 seats. The other bidder in the procedure was Dekpol Budownictwo (462.3 million PLN basic offer, 563.3 million PLN offer covered by option right). In 2019, Atelier Loegler won a contest for the development of architectural concept for the enterprise. ■
