Adamietz will carry out building with 66 flats in Wrocław for Akademia Development

Adamietz has been chosen as the general contractor of the "Nowa Kurkowa" multi-family residential building, which Akademia Development is going to build on 36-38 Kurkowa Street in Wrocław. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a total area of 4,000 sqm, with 66 flats. The works should be finalized by May 2024. The design has been developed by Pro Art Konopka. ■
