Adamietz will carry out office building

Adamietz will carry out office building with usable area of nearly 8,000 sqm in Stalowa Wola for ARP. Adamietz has been chosen as the general contractor of the Urbi Ferro office building, which Operator ARP is going to build on Okulickiego Street in Stalowa Wola (Podkarpackie Province). Let us recall that last year in April, we reported that the design of the investment was going to be developed by Urba Architects. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a usable area of 7,800 sqm and a net lease area of approx. 5,000 sqm. The works are being supervised by Fabryka Urbi-Ferro. ■
