Adamietz will construct a shopping center in Mikołów.

Adamietz has been appointed as the general contractor for the "DL Shopping Park Mikołów" shopping center, which DL Invest will develop in Mikołów (Silesian Voivodeship) on Rybnicka Street. This project, which we reported on in July 2022, will result in a complex with a usable area of over 4,200 square meters and a volume of 27,600 cubic meters. It is worth noting that DL Invest Group has prepared a 4.5-hectare property in Mikołów for a set of buildings with a total planned area of 8,500 square meters. The architectural partner for this project is Plus 8 Architekci, led by Rafał Seemann.
