Adamietz will finish construction of school in Szczecin

The offer submitted by Adamietz, with the price of 70.5 million PLN gross, has been chosen by the Szczecin Municipality in the tender procedure, concerning the finishing of construction of a primary school in the area of Podbórzańska and Kredowa streets. As we have reported, a lower price has been offered by Erbud (62.7 million PLN), and Calbud (78.9 million PLN) also took part in the procedure. The complex with usable area of 12,300 sqm, designed for 1,000 children, including 44 classrooms, two playrooms, and a sports hall sized 22x44 m with the height of 11 m, with seats for 200 spectators, is going to be carried out according to a design developed by Pas Projekt. The order is to be carried out over the period of 18 months (1.5 years). Originally, the general contractor of the investment was Polaqua, the contract with whom has been terminated. ■
