Adept is preparing in cooperation with Ozone a shopping mall with gla 12,000 sqm in Warsaw

The Ozone Architectural Workshop is the designer of a shopping gallery which Adept 10, a dependent company of Adept Investment, is going to build in Warsaw in the area of Modlińska and Kowalczyka streets. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a lease area of 12,000 sqm. The tender for the general contracting of the investment is scheduled for the third quarter of 2018 and the opening is going to take place in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Let us recall that in March of this year, we informed about plans for locating the "Galeria E Modlińska" shopping center in the area of Modlińska and Kowalczyka streets, supervised by the Galerie E Company, which has ties to Adept Investment. ■
