AFI and Echo Investment will build T22 complex with area of approx. 200,000 sqm

AFI Europe and Echo Investment are planning to begin construction of the 1st stage (office building with area of 30,000 sqm) of the T22 multi-functional complex in the area of Towarowa, Pańska, and Miedziana streets in Warsaw. According to the updated guidelines of the "Towarowa 22" investment, designed by JEMS Architekci, the enterprise is to entail putting to use a complex of buildings with a total area of over 200,000 sqm. The building will have office, residential, and rental housing functions, with service and retail premises on the ground floors. ■
