Aflopa Nieruchomości is going to build hotel-conference complex with 68 rooms in Pabianice

Aflopa Nieruchoomści has prepared the construction of a hotel-conference complex in the area of Zamkowa and Grobelna streets, near the Hotel Fabryka Weny outlet on Lipowa Street, in Pabianice (Łódzkie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a building with an area of approx. 3,000 sqm, with 68 rooms in 4-star standard. A postindustrial hall will be adapted to serve conference functions (Fabryka Kultury hall for 500 people). The project of the investment was prepared by C13. Works are scheduled to begin in August of this year. ■
