aFP architekci has designed logistics complex

The company Waimea Logistic Park 7 from the Waimea Holding Group has applied for permission for the construction of a logistics park in Teresin near Warsaw, in the area of XX-lecia and National Road Number 92. Lots with an area of approx. 13 hectares are going to be developed on the basis of documentation prepared by the aFP architekci Flejterski Pietrzak workshop. Let us recall that in PREM 961, we informed about Waimea's plans for building two halls with a total area of 49,000 sqm in Teresin. Construction works are scheduled to begin this year and take approx. 10 months. ■
