Aga Bauservice will redevelop Ludowy Theater

Ludowy Theater in Kraków has chosen the offer (21.6 million PLN gross) submitted by Aga-Bauservice, concerning the design and contractorship of modernization of a technical-administrative building at 23 Os. Teatralne residential complex. The works in the building with a total area of 5,600 sqm (including 3,800 sqm of the extension) and a cubature of 19,000 meters³ are going to take until the end of October 2021. The other bidders were: Częstobud (21.9 million PLN), Dombud (22.4 million PLN), and TBM Software (28 million PLN). The offer submitted by Moris Polska (23 million PLN), Robex-Bud (24.9 million PLN), and IDS-Bud (28.3 million PLN) were rejected. ■
