Agata and FTF RE is preparing construction of shopping center in Mysiadło

At the end of last year, Agata S.A. and FTF Real Estate applied for permission to develop a property in Mysiadło in Lesznowola commune (Mazowieckie Province). The investment, planned in the area of Puławska Street, is to ential the construction of two partially two-story retail-service and showroom outlets, with a total development area of nearly 12,000 sqm. Let us recall that last year in September, we reported that ED San III Sancak, company with personal ties to e.g. EACC and Resse, was conducting preparations for the construction of a retail-service outlet with a total area of over 19,400 sqm on this property. ■
