Agata in collaboration with Pekabex, Zeman HDF and BMCon is building shopping center in Bydgosz

In September, Agata S.A., as investor and general contractor, has commenced the construction of a retail-exhibition-warehouse center on Jasiniecka Street in Bydgoszcz. According to our information, Zeman HDF is responsible for supplying and assembling steel construction, Pekabex is responsible for the ferroconcrete frame and BMCon is cooperating on the design. The enterprise, which we informed about in July of last year, next to the Auchan shopping center, is going to consist of the construction of an outlet with an area of 14,400 sqm. Works are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2021.
Let us recall that the following workshops also took part in preparing the documentation: PPU Architekt Joanna Gołata, PA Krzysztof Łukanowski and the Agador company, 12 22 Architekci, while administrative preparations were supervised by Bukomex. ■
