Agata Meble is going to open superstore in Krakow

Agata Meble, in cooperation with KG Group, is going to open superstore with area of approx. 14,000 sqm in Krakow. The outlet is going to be a part of the retail complex in the area of Nowohucka and Ciepłownicza streets, planned on a 15-ha property in the proximity of the Selgros store and the EXPO Fair-Exhibition Center.
In addition to the Agata Meble superstore, the opening of two retail parks is also planned: Atut Krakow (total of approx. 21,000 sqm) and the discount sales center Cracovia Outlet (21,000 sqm). BOIG Property Consulting is responsible for commercialization. The investment is going to be built on the basis of documentation prepared by B2 Studio. ■
