Agata company purchases for 16 million PLN from Rank Progress 2,6 hectares of land in Olsztyn to build a furniture mall

The Agata Company has signed a preliminary agreement with its dependent company Rank Progress for the purchase of the right of ownership and perpetual use of properties with a total area of approx. 2.6 ha on Sikorskiego Street in Olsztyn. The value of the property has been established at 16 mln PLN gross. The furniture chain from Katowice usually builds showrooms with areas of approx. 10,000 sqm.
As we informed four years ago, Agata was planning (similarly to Decathlon) to build its outlet in Olsztyn next to Leroy Merlin, in the area of Sikorskiego and Tuwima streets. However, the entities were unable to reach a final agreement. ■
