AGK Architekci is designing residential complex in Toruń for Willa Developer

Willa Developer is beginning construction of the "Apartamenty Lubicka" residential complex in Toruń, on the property of the former Zakłady Mięsne "Tormięs" meat processing plant in the area of Targowa and Lubicka streets. The 1st stage will entail the construction of an 8-story building with 186 flats with usable areas of 30-88 sqm each and an underground parking garage for 181 vehicles. The building is going to be put to use in 2020. The entire complex, the documentation of which is being prepared by AGK Architekci, will have approx. 1,000 flats. Let us recall that we informed in PREM about Willa Developer purchasing an over 4-ha property for the investment for 10.5 million PLN. ■
