Agmet is going to build office-warehouse complex with area of 7,000 sqm in Baniocha for 2N-Everp

Agmet has been chosen as the general contractor of an office-warehouse complex at 12 Puławska Street in Baniocha near Warsaw for 2N-Everpol. Let us recall that in July 2018, we reported that the developer had been planning construction of a facility with a cubature of nearly 100,000 meters³ (approx. 7,000 sqm). The chief architect of the investment is the Staruń Wanik workshop, and construction- and working documentation has been developed by PF-Projekt. ■
