Alfa-Dach to build Vivre apartment building in Wrocław

Bouygues Immobilier Polska (now part of Develia) has selected P.B. Alfa-Dach as the general contractor for the Vivre residential development at 75A Świeradowska Street in the Krzyki district of Wrocław (Gaj estate). The design was prepared by the Pro-Art Konopka architectural studio. Completion of the project is scheduled for Q1 2027.
The development will consist of a five-storey building with 52 apartments ranging in size from 30 to 94 m² (1–4 rooms), four retail units on the ground floor, and an underground garage. Each apartment will feature a balcony, terrace, or garden. The building will be equipped with the Appartme smart home system, security monitoring, bicycle infrastructure, and eco-friendly solutions such as photovoltaic panels, light-coloured roofing, and a rainwater retention system
