Allcon is developing the "SkyCity" project in Gdynia

Allcon Budownictwo has commenced the implementation of the first phase of the multifunctional "SkyCity" complex in Gdynia, located in the area of Kielecka Street and Droga Gdyńska. This stage of the project involves the construction of a 17-story building that will house 93 apartments and commercial premises. Let us recall that in December 2020, it was announced that the architectural firm Grupa 5 Architekci was selected to design the complex, which spans approximately 55,000 m² on a plot of nearly 2 hectares. The complex will combine residential, office, and service functions. The interior concept has been developed by PB Studio. ■
