Allcon is going to build residential housing estate Sopot

Allcon Budownictwo is the general contractor of the "Dolny Sopot" multi-family housing complex, which Tree Development is going to build on Niepodległości Street in Sopot (Pomorskie Province). The investment is going to consist of the construction of 4-story outlets housing 91 apartments with areas ranging from 22 to 101 sqm. Construction works are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2019. ■
