Alstal wants to build aquapark in Szczecin

Alstal (349.7 mln PLN, with a budget of 312.7 mln PLN), KB Doraco (387.3 mln PLN), Aldesa (403.3 mln PLN), PORR (414 mln PLN) and Control Process/Calbud (439.4 mln PLN) have submitted bids in the tender procedure for the construction of the "Fabryka Wody - Nowa Gontynka" aquapark in Szczecin. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to consist of the development of the 8-ha property of the former Gontynka swimming area on 1-go Maja Street, where indoor swimming pools with a total area of 13,000 sqm are going to be built. Let us recall that, as we earlier informed, PORR and Pre-Fabrykat are taking part in the technical dialogue preceding the tender procedure, and the contest for the concept was won by DreamWorlds. ■
