AMC will design modernization of office building with usable area of 7,500 sqm in Warsaw

AMC Andrzej M. Chołdzyński has won an architectural contest, issued by the City of Warsaw, concerning the development of a concept for the modernization of a building located at 7/9 Starynkiewicza Square. The works will be carried out in the 5-story building with a usable area of 7,500 sqm and a cubature of 33,900 meters³, which will serve office-service purposes. The investment's budget has been established at 35 million PLN gross. Second place in the procedure has been awarded to the consortium of Dynamo Produce and Hago-Architekci, and third to Interurban Architekci. ■
