AMG commences construction of SK Park with area of approx. 2,000 sqm in Czechowice-Dziedzice.

AMG Development, as the investor and general contractor, has commenced extension of the "Stara Kablownia" shopping center in Czechowice-Dziedzice (Śląskie Province). The SK Park enterprise is going to entail the construction of a shopping-service outlet with an area of 2,000 sqm in the area of Paderewskiego, Legionów, and Smolna streets. Let us recall that we had initially mentioned the investment last year in August. In August 2012, we also reported that AMG Development was building the complex with an area of 20,000 sqm for the purpose-oriented company "Centrum Handlowe Stara Kablownia". We also wrote that Pępek Group was taking part in the investment. ■
