Amush will start redevelopment of Sukcjesja

Amush Investment Group, who, on July 27, legally became the new owner of the Sukcesja Business, Commerce,and Entertainment Center (Centrum Biznesu, Handlu i Rozrywki Sukcesja) on Politechniki Avenue in Łódź, having bid approx. 80 million PLN on it at an auction in March, is planning to commence redevelopment of the center on September 15. Revitalization of the complex with usable area of over 120,000 sqm, which was closed in mid-2020, is to be finalized in the 2nd half of next year. ■
