Andrewex Construction will carry out façade of CD Projekt's office building in Warsaw

Andrewex Construction has signed a contract with Skanska, concerning the design and construction of the wooden façade of CD Projekt's office building on Jagiellońska Street in the Praga Północ district of Warsaw. Let us recall that Skanska has been chosen as the general contractor, and Medusa Group as the chief architect. The investment, to be carried out by the 1st quarter of 2025, is going to entail the construction of a building with approx. 6,000 sqm of net office space and a cubature of over 49,700 meters3. The other contractors include: WSP Polska (structure and internal systems), Studio Profil (façade design), Civil Transport Designers (roads), Protect (fire safety), and Florabo and KASS (landscape design). Works on the 1st stage (parking lot) have been entrusted to Adamietz. ■
