Anna-Bud is going to build retail outlets

KG Group has entrusted Anna-Bud with the general contracting of the Atut shopping center in the area of Księcia Józefa and Polnych Kwiatów streets in Krakow. A one-story outlet with a lease area of 5,200 sqm is going to be built on a property with an area of over 2.6 ha. The complex is going to house nine stores, including Biedronka, Pepco, Kik and the Buczek bakery. A total of 140 parking space has also been planned. The investment is scheduled to be put to use in the first quarter of 2021. Anna-Bud is also going to build the second stage (3,200 sqm) of Atut retail park in Bełchatów (Łódzkie Province) in the area of Armii Krajowej and Wojska Polskiego streets. It is also going to expand the Atut center on Kraszewskiego Street in Pruszków (Mazowieckie Province) by 1,200 sqm. ■
