Anna-Bud offers to build GUM complex

Central Office of Measures (GUM) has opened bids in a tender procedure, with a budget established at 72.6 million PLN gross, concerning the general contracting of Świętokrzyski Laboratory Campus on the slope of Góra Hałasa mountain in the area of Wrzosowa Street in Kielce. The lowest price (104.8 million PLN) has been offered by Firma Budowlana Anna-Bud. The plans concern development of a property with an area of 13 ha and construction of infrastructure for research and development of metrology sciences, including buildings with a total area of 15,600 sqm (usable area of 8,900 sqm) and a cubature of 82,800 meters³. The design of the investment, which is scheduled to be finalized at the end of March 2023, has been developed by BDM Architekci. The other bidders are: Trakcja PRKiI (113.4 million PLN), Mar-Bud (115.5 million PLN), Erbud (117.5 million PLN), Bielskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego (122.9 million PLN), Hochtief (130.4 million PLN), Wodpol (132.6 million PLN), Budimex (134.5 million PLN), Strabag (136.2 million PLN), Aldesa Construcciones (137.8 million PLN), Kartel (139.8 million PLN), Mostostal Warszawa (139.9 million PLN), ZUBH Nowbud (144.8 million PLN), Mirbud (157 million PLN) and Warbud (169.7 million PLN). ■
