Anna-Bud wants to build entrepreneurship center

The construction company Anna-Bud has presented the lost bid, worth 37.6 mln PLN, in the tender procedure organized by the Chełm City Hall for the design and contractorship of the Chełm Center of Economic Activity in the area of Ceramiczna and Malowana streets. The investment, whose documentation was prepared by the Powersun workshop, is going to consist of the construction of a production-warehouse outlet (4,000 sqm) and a production hall with an office section (2,900 sqm). The order is scheduled to be completed by October 15, 2021. JS Hamilton has been entrusted with the contract for investor's supervision of the design and construction of the complex. Other companies that took part in the procedure include: Budimex (32.6 mln PLN), Strabag (33.8 mln PLN), Erbud (35.5 mln PLN), Warbud (38.4 mln PLN) and Trasko-Inwest (39.2 mln PLN). ■
